LINKLATER AND INGRAM AWARDED FOR SOLID WEEK OF PLAY

The Kindersley Jr. Klippers were busy last week, as they played five games in six days, all away from the West Central Events Centre. Helping the team collect 7 out a possible 10 points were forwards Logan Linklater and Keenan Ingram, and they were rewarded for their strong play.

Starting off with the hometown captain Linklater, he was named Saskatchewan Player of the Week thanks to his 3 goals and 5 assists in 5 games played during the week. Linklater now has 7 goals and 18 assists for 25 points, which is 11th overall in the league.

Meanwhile, teammate and linemate Keenan Ingram was named DirectWest Rookie of the Week, as he potted 4 goals and added 5 assists for 9 points in 5 games played. In 20 games played this season, Ingram is now up to 11 goals and 15 assists on the season, which is tops among rookies in the SJHL.
