Klippers Looking to Rebound Against Stars

The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers will be looking to take their first win of the season against the Battlefords North Stars tonight in Kindersley.

So far this season the Finning Divison rivals have faced off 4 times with the Stars winning all four games.

The North Stars lead the Finning Division with a record of 18-5-0, while the Klippers are 9-12-1.

Battleford has proven to be a tough opponent for the Klippers for the past two seasons.  The Klippers have not been able to score more than 2 goals (per game) against the Stars all season, and have been out scored 21-8 in 4 games.

However, Kindersley has shown they can compete with some of the best teams in the league, recently getting a 6-0 win in Estevan, and a 8-3 win in Weyburn. The Klippers will once again be looking for another big win to edge closer to the Notre Dame Hounds in the standings.
