The Kindersley Klippers have made a series of move in advance of their two game home set versus Notre Dame and Yorkton this weekend.

The Klippers have traded 96 D Nick Rein to the Notre Dame Hounds for Future Considerations.  “Nick was a really good player for us since the beginning of last season”, noted GM/Head Coach Geoff Grimwood. ” He played his midget AAA in Notre Dame so we know he is going to a place he is familiar with and comfortable”.

The Klippers have acquired 97 D Preston Kugler from the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the AJHL. “Preston brings some size, tenacity, and a right handed shot on our blueline”, continued Grimwood. “We expect him to be a good addition for us.

The Klippers have also made a change in goal, releasing 97 G Gunnar Neilsen and bringing 96 G Nick Trenciansky from the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL.

The Klippers would like to thank Gunnar and Nick for their contributions to the Klippers and wish them all the best going forward.
