DIAZ COMMITS TO AURORA UNIVERSITY NCAA

The Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce that Simon Diaz has committed to in Aurora, IL.

Simon Diaz from Calgary, AB is a veteran in junior hockey. Compiling over 140 junior hockey games in his career. Since his arrival in Kindersley he has provided stability and leadership to the back end with the Klippers. Simon currently has 8 points in 13 games for the Klippers while averaging over 23 minutes of ice time a night. Since Diaz’s arrival the Klippers are 7-4-2.

Coach Clayton Jardine says “Aurora is adding an excellent young man to their hockey program. Simon has been a welcome addition to the back end, providing important minutes while leading our other young defenseman. His preparation and consistency along with a great attitude day in and day out is special. We were lucky to acquire Simon. It is the goal of this organization to make sure all Klippers move onto the next level and we are proud of Simon”.
