A month from today the Ironhorse Kindersley Klippers with play host to the Battleford North Stars in the final regular season home game of the 2017-18 season, and boy do we have a great month lined up for our fans to close this special 25th season out right.

Let this be your comprehensive guide to the next 30 days of your life with insight shed to playoff prospects as it stands today.

Let’s jump right into the “to do list”

1. $100,000 Lotto Tickets: Only 1,000 tickets were printed with each ticket being sold at a cost of $100 for a maximum total pot of $100,000 with 50% going to the owner of the winning ticket. The draw will take place at during the 2nd intermission of the Klippers Fan Appreciation game sponsored by Kelly Insurance Brokers on Saturday Feb, 24th. Tickets can be purchased at Klippers home games, by contacting a Klipper player or board member, or via the Klippers Business Office at 306-430-8011 or

2. Student Night at the Rink- Presented by TD Bank Kindersley

Friday Feb 9th vs Notre Dame Hounds

We are lucky enough to have Vern and his great staff at TD Bank Kindersley sponsoring this season’s Student Night at the Rink featuring 400 free tickets for Kindersley School students and administrators. Friday morning Klippers players will visit Kindersley schools to help in the classroom, make posters for the game, and distribute the tickets to our awesome young fans. Should be a great night for everyone!

3. Klippers vs La Ronge Icewolves- Saturday Feb, 10th @ 7:30pm. West Central Events Center.

Happy to have an Initiation Aged Mini-Game for our intermission activity. Current SJHL stars for 60 minutes, future SJHL stars at the intermission!

While the team is on the road, make sure to purchase another $100k lotto ticket and check in at to stay up-to-date on 25th Season jersey auction bids.

Jody will be catering so you know the meal will be fantastic and we would love to share the night with you as we celebrate Klippers players’ achievements with their families.

4. Klippers vs Yorkton Terriers:

Friday Feb, 23rd–> KidSport Night. Yellow laces and tape worn to support KidSport and their worthwhile initiatives. Cheque presentation to local chapter for Klippers goals scored last season.

5. Klippers vs Yorkton Terriers: Fan Appreciation Night presented by Kelly Insurance Brokers!

Saturday Feb, 24th.

Klippers players and staff making visits throughout the week to deliver tickets to this night’s game. We will also be drawing for the winning $100k lotto ticket at the 2nd intermission, so make sure to circle this date on the calendar!

6. Saturday March 3rd- Klippers Awards Banquet!

Join us for a cocktails and a delicious catered meal followed by an awards ceremony to recognize outstanding Klippers achievement on and off the ice; along with Fan of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.

7. Tuesday March, 6th- FINAL REGULAR SEASON HOME GAME VS Battleford North Stars.

Children’s Wish Foundation Game with information booth set up with raffle ticket sales and bracelet sales to benefit the foundation. Game Sponsored by Speedy Glass Kindersley.


Top 6 teams will be awarded a break.
