Klippers Add Ridgway

The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers are proud to announce the signing of 2007-born defenceman Luke Ridgway. He will join the team immediately.

Ridgway, from St. Albert, Alberta, began this season with the Alberni Valley Bulldogs of the BCHL before joining the Klippers. He was teammates with current Klippers defenceman Cowyn Loney last season.

Klippers General Manager Ryan Gibson on the addition of Ridgway:

“Luke is a player we have been tracking for over a year now, and we are excited it finally worked out for him to come to Kindersley. He is a high-IQ defenceman who skates well and has the ability to create offence from the blue line. He was nearly a point-per-game defender last year in the VIJHL, and we are excited to add him to the fold here.”

The Klippers welcome Luke and his family to Kindersley.
