Hellyer stellar in his first Klipper start

The Klippers got off to a quick start Jan 17th versus the Yorkton Terriers with Beau Taylor scoring the first goal on a setup from Jesse Mysiorek only two and half minutes after the opening puck drop.

The second period saw the Terrier come back with a pair of goal to take a 2-1 lead over the Klippers into the third.

Andrew Dommett tied the game in the third after being setup by Kurt Leedahl and Steven Turner.  Shortly after that Braeden Adamyk gives the Klippers the lead with the assists going to Johnny Calkins and Andrew Dommett.

Scott Hellyer earned the first star of the game after facing 41 shots and only allowing 2 goals.  Johnathan Sonntag was the second star after having another strong game punishing the opponent with his bodychecks.  Kurt Leedahl earned the third star of the game.
